The breakfast lounge had a good spread of varieties. BLU restaurant's Ms. Linda Ma was particularly helpful and children friendly. I found the cake at the lobby bar very tasty.

There is a proper pick up and drop off area outside the hotel. Staff are available to assist with luggage at the entrance. Security staff at the entrance were very polite and kindly offered help.

I got a free upgrade to a spacious room with a big bed. The hotel fulfilled my request for connecting rooms, which I appreciated. The concierge team collected my parcels daily and that was helpful.
The room cleaning was only average. I smelled smoke repeatedly in the corridors. It seems other hotel guests were smoking in their rooms.
